General Information


Payments can be made by credit card/bankers draft through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to do this). Please understand, that if you pay using an e-cheque, this can take up to 14 days to clear.
Please- under no circumstances send cash though the post.
If for any reason that your order is wrong, damaged or not what you were expecting, please contact us straight away. If the problem cannot be resolved easily we will give you a full refund once we have received the item back.



All our items are posted within 48 hours using First Class post and therefore should be with you 1-3 days.
Unfortunately, due to Royal mails pricing structure, our kits come under ‘Larger Letter’ and ‘Packets’, hence the postal cost.
We can ship overseas. Once you have added your items to you basket you will be notified that you invoice will be send though after we have obtained the postal charges from Royal Mail.



If you are buying in bulk for schools, clubs etc., then just let us know as you will be given a club discount card allowing you discounts on all your purchases.

Unless you are one of our registered retailers then our kits or charts cannot be re-sold and are regulated under the copyright.

For personal, one off designs – Once your design has be done you will be sent a digital image via email to see if it is what you had imagined. You can then let me know what changes you would like me to make, if any. Only once you are completely happy with what you see will we make it into a kit for you.

Within reason, we can put your choice of dates or names on – However, please remember that there is only a small amount of space to do this in.

For all personal designs you are only charged for the kit price. So the cost would depend on size and threads needed. For simple names or dates added to kits that we already sell, there is no extra charge at all for this service
